Abstract

The Islamic inheritance system as described in the Koran and Hadith requires a bilateral system of individual inheritance. The system requires that an inheritance be distributed to each heir according to a predetermined share and each heir can connect himself to his mother and father. In the conditions that exist in the village community of Buluh Cina with a customary inheritance system, where the inheritance is inherited to the female lineage. The main problem in this research is how to distribute inheritance assets to indigenous communities in Buluh Cina village, Kampar Regency. How is the position of boys and girls in the distribution of inheritance to indigenous people in Buluh Cina Village, Kampar District, in terms of Islamic law. This type of research used in this research is observational research, is by direct field survey using the interview method as a means of collecting data. Meanwhile, based on the nature of this research is descriptive in that the writer provides a clear and detailed description. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, the implementation of the distribution of inheritance in the village of buluh Cina where women get more inheritance in the form of houses and cannot be traded so that men get less from women. The review of Islamic law regarding the distribution of traditional inheritance in Buluh Cina is carried out in a customary manner, in the sense that the word does not follow the distribution of inheritance stipulated by syara 'law and Islamic law in which men get more inheritance.
