Abstract

An agreement that can give birth to a legal agreement, as well as a savings and loan agreement at the Village Savings and Loans Economic Business (UEK SP) Kulim Permai where the agreement can produce two points of view, the first point is the obligations borne by one party. The second point is the rights to demand the implementation of something that is covered in the agreement .. The main problem in this research is how the implementation of the savings and loan agreement in the economic business of the village of savings and loans (UEK SP) Kulim Permai. What are the obstacles in the implementation of the savings and loan agreement at the Sipan Pinjam (UEK SP) Kulim Permai Economic Business Village. This type of research used in this research is observational research, is by direct field survey using the interview method as a means of collecting data. Meanwhile, based on the nature of this research, it is descriptive in nature, where the writer provides a clear and detailed description. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, due to the implementation of the agreement debtors are still paying late so that it becomes an obstacle for the debtor again to lend money to others. And there is dishonesty of borrowers who are not intended for business capital and the obstacle to the implementation of the agreement is due to a lack of self-awareness to pay off loans that have been borrowed
