Abstract
Resilience is an individual's ability to overcome, go through, and return to the original situation after experiencing difficulties. The level of resilience can arise by spiritual intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on adolescent resilience in Pekanbaru Children's Prison. The subjects of this study were teenagers in Pekanbaru Children's Prison as many as 50 subjects. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample. The measuring tools used are spiritual intelligence scale and resilience scale. The data analysis method used in this research is the Regression Analysis technique test. The results of statistical analysis showed the value of F = 2.234 with a value of p = 0.030 (p <0.05), meaning that there was an influence between spiritual intelligence on resilience in Pekanbaru Children's Prison. This shows that the higher the spiritual intelligence, the higher the resilience of adolescents in prison, and vice versa, the lower the spiritual intelligence, the lower the resilience of adolescents in Pekanbaru juvenile prisons. Spiritual intelligence contributes 9.4% to the level of resilience. The remaining 90.6% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Spiritual Intelligence, Resilience, Juvenile Prison
