Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological fatigue and work stress with the performance of mothers who work at the Siak District General Hospital. The population of this study were female employees who worked at the Siak District General Hospital with a total sample of 100 respondents. The respondent scale in this study consisted of a psychological fatigue scale of 15 items, a work stress scale of 20 items and a performance scale of 24 items where each item had a try out test. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between psychological fatigue and performance, the higher the psychological fatigue experienced by mothers who work at the Siak Regency General Hospital, the lower the resulting performance, and vice versa. There is a significant relationship between work stress and performance, the higher the work stress level of mothers who work at the Siak Regency General Hospital, the lower the performance produced, and vice versa. Based on the interpretation of the value of R Square or R2 is 0.545 or 54.5%. This shows that the percentage contribution of a significant relationship between psychological fatigue and work stress on the performance of mothers who work at the Siak District General Hospital is 54.5%.
