Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of Electronic stalls of the Joint Business Group Hope Family Program (E-Warong KUBE PKH) by the Pekanbaru City Social Service in 2018. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method with Descriptive Analysis Techniques, this writing illustrates the conditions in terms of the object found in the field based on data related to the implementation of PKH KUBE E-Warong is precisely related to the problem of the number of items being taken is reduced and inadequate facilities, with questionnaires and interviews and observation as a data collection tool, and data collected collected and then presented as raw material for analyzing the conditions of the Empirical and Objective of the existence and purpose of the study at the location in question. There are 4 population groups and samples in this study. And the type and Data Collection Techniques used consist of Primary Data and Secondary Data obtained with the tools of the Frequency table in accordance with the observations made by the author, it can be concluded that the implementation of this research is still in the Fairly Good Category, Which in this Research is related With the effectiveness of the E-Warong program there are still many problems, especially related to inadequate facilities and also the lack of monitoring from the department of the program being run.
