Abstract
Industrial development in an area is a development that can improve the community's economy and regional income. However, industrial development can have an impact on the good side of changes in land use, socio-economic and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the existence of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur (SRM) on land use with a comparison of the years 2000, 2010 and 2020, socio-economic and environmental aspects in the Penghuluan Teluk Mega. Targets in this study identified the influence of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur (SRM) on land use in the Penghuluan Teluk Mega, identified the influence of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur (SRM) on socio-economic aspects in the Penghuluan Teluk Mega, identified the influence of PT. Riau Prosperous Palm Oil (SRM) on the environment in the Penghuluan Teluk Mega This study uses quantitative methods with remote sensing interpretation techniques and qualitative descriptive with questionnaire distribution techniques. The results of this study indicate that the rate of land use change in the Teluk Mega Penghuluan in the period 2000 to 2010 is 49.51%, in the period 2010 to 2020 it is 1.18%. The existence of PT. Sawit Riau Makmur (SRM) on socio-economic and environmental aspects is very influential in the Penghuluan Teluk Mega both in terms of social conflict, education level, health level, employment opportunities, income and environmental pollution.
