Abstract
In an effort to regulate or manage the use of human resources to be realistic, the contractor knows the level of productivity of each workforce, so that there is a match between the planned time and the ability of the workforce used.The purpose of this study is to determine the level of productivity and identify any factors that affect labor productivity in brickwork. The research method used in this study is the productivity rating method, which is a descriptive analysis research method with the type of job analysis, which is a non - experi mental study and intended to collect information in the form of primary and secondary data about the status of existing symptoms. namely the state of symptoms according to what they were at the time the study was conducted. The location of the Observation was carried out at the Pearl Garuda Housing Development Project on Jalan Garuda Sakti, Panam Pekanbaru. This observation was carried out during bricklaying for 5 days. the results of this study indicate that the factors that greatly affect the work are fa ctors that are too much time ineffective labor so that affects the output of a job, and research for five days produces an effective time of 83 hours 6 minutes, ineffective time of 22 hour 20 minutes and contribution time is 5 hours 36 minutes.
