Abstract
There are a lot of flights serving domestic routes at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport, some of which are CITILINK, LION AIR, BATIK AIR and WING AIR. The airline is famous for its economical and affordable ticket prices but with relatively cheaper prices does not mean the airline ignores the safety and comfort of the passengers. Among the important factors of passenger comfort is the timeliness of a flight. The objective to be achieved in the research that will be carried out is to determine the level of On Time Performance and duration of the average delay of scheduled airlines at Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport, Pekabaru. The data collection method in the form of actual aircraft data is obtained by using the Flightradar24 application program. Evaluation is done by processing the daily arrival schedule and daily departure data of aircraft in September 2019 as well as supporting data in the form of questionnaires distributed to service users. The results of data analysis of the arrivals and departures of the airline above none of the airlines entered in the minimum limit said to be on time that is equal to 85%. In the analysis of BATIK AIR arrival, the highest on time percentage was 76.88% Delay 53.29 minutes duration, followed by CITILINK 73.33% Delay 81.79 minutes duration, then LION AIR 66.08% Delay duration 63.27 minutes, which last WINGS AIR 53.23% Delay duration 57.78 minutes. In the analysis of departure CITILINK gets the highest percentage of on time with 70.18% duration of Delay 80.20 minutes, then BATIK 66.50% Delay duration 46.43 minutes, then WINGS AIR 54.36% Delay duration 48.07 minutes, which last LION AIR with 50.81% Delay duration of 64.66 minutes.
