Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on the work productivity of harvesting employees at PT. Agro Abadi I Kepau Jaya. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Agro Abadi I Kepau Jaya. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample taken based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, while the sample taken was the harvester's employees totaling 55 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Agro Abadi I Kepau Jaya. Key Word: Compensation, Work Productivity
