Analisis Efektivitas Breakdown Acid Pada Sumur Injektor Ma#117 Di Lapangan Ya.
Other thesis, Universitas Islam Riau.
Abstract
October 2016 MA well # 117 experienced a decrease in injection of up to 1500 bwipd. Produced water must be injected back below the surface through injection wells. Cation ions (Na +, Ca2 +, Mg2 +, Ba2 +, Sr2 + and Fe3 +), as well as anions (Cl-, HCO3-, SO42- and CO32-), which are present in the water can gradually form deposits or solids (Scale) in the around the wellbore this can result in a decrease in the rate of water injection in the well. Then an improvement was made to the well in the form of acid stimulation and to know the success of the stimulation was analyzed. This research was conducted by graphical analysis namely injection performance, acidizing treatment analysis (breakdown acid, step rate test, and main acid). Used to determine damage to wells Furthermore, the analysis determines the type of acid to be injected with the volume of acid injected and the analysis of acidizing success based on injection data and injection performance after acidizing at MA # 117 wells. From the results of the analysis carried out that the MA # 117 well was effective and before acidizing using 2% KCl liquid, partially cleaning the crust on the inner wall of the screen was achieved with 2% KCl inert brine and 15% HCl. This acid is effective in dissolving the dissolved CaCO scale from the layer. The results of the analysis of injection rates and injection times in well # MA117 based on the graph between the time of the time showed that, rate injection 4147 bwipd after acidizing rather than prior to acidizing jobs.
