Abstract
This Study Aims To Determine The Level Of Perfor,Amce Of The Level Of Performance Of The Pelalawan Regency Land Office Employees In The Complete Systematic Land Type Of Research Is Descriptive Using Qualitative Methods With Data Collection Techniquesn Carried Out By Interviewing As A Data Collection Tool As Well As Making Observations And Documentation, And Using The Snowball Sanpling Technique. The Results Showed That The Performance Of The Land Office In The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program In Pelalawan Regency In Pangkalan Kerinci , This Can Be Seen From The 8 Indicators That The Author Has Set, Namely Work Quantity, Quality Of Work, Knowledge Of Work, Ideas, Work, Awareness, Initiative, Personal Qualities. The Inhibiting Factors In Implementing This Policy Are. It Is Hoped That Office Employees Will Be Even More Creative And Innovative. Hapefully More And More People Are Involved In The Complete Systematic Lnad Registration Program And It Is Hoped That The Pelalawan Regency Land Office Staff Will No Longer Be Late For Work.
