Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the inventory control of rice supplies using the Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder point and Total Cost of inventory in the Cinta Manis shop. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection by library research, field research, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the rice purchased by the EOQ method in each brand such as Belida rice 3604 Kg, Ramos Rice 2169 Kg, Beras Solok 4184 Kg and Beras Junjung 3403 Kg. Amount of stock with safety stock (SS) on each brand such as 20 Kg Belida Rice, 13 Kg Ramos Rice, 11 Kg Solok Rice and 20 Kg Junjung Rice. And for Reorder Points for each brand such as 47 Kg Belida Rice, 28 Kg Ramos Rice, 41 Kg Solok Rice and 44 Kg Junjung Rice. And the Total Inventory costs that Toko Cinta Manis have to spend for all brands are Belida Rice IDR 3.748.247, Ramos Rice IDR 3.744.258, Solok Rice IDR 3.774.666 and Rice Junjung IDR 3.743.454
