Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of OCB and work discipline on work performance. The population of this study were all nurses at the Bangkinang Regional General Hospital. The data collection technique in this research is to use a questionnaire which contains a set of questions asked by employees to be answered. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the OCB variable had a significant effect on work performance and the work discipline variable had a significant effect on work performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, it shows that the OCB variable and work discipline variable have a significant effect on Job Performance.
