Abstract
The objectives to be achieved from this research are: to find out and analyze employee job satisfaction at PT. Kasana Teknindo Gemilang. This research was conducted at PT. Kasana Teknindo Gemilang located on SM. Amin / Arengka 2 Number 99 Pekanbaru City, Riau. The sample in this study amounted to 32 people using the census method. In this study, researchers used interpretative qualitative analysis techniques. The results of research conducted on employee job satisfaction based on work indicators are senriri, superiors, coworkers, promotions and salaries and wages are in the category of good in increasing employee job satisfaction at work. Where the employment indicator itself has the highest score, while the salary and wage indicators have the lowest score among the indicators regarding job satisfaction. This explains, an employee who likes his work is based on the satisfaction he feels at work, but there are factors that can reduce someone's job satisfaction, one of which is the receipt of salary that is not in accordance with the workload carried out.
