Abstract

This research was conducted at Cireng Rujak Mpok Mar Business located on Pekanbaru’s Kaharuddin Nasution street. Aims to analyze and find out the feasibility of Cireng Rujak Mpok Mar based on Financial and Nonfinancial aspects. The analysis used in this study is aspects consisting of Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profitability Index (PI), Profit Sharing, Investible Surplus Method (ISM), Gold Value Method (GVM), Gold Index (GI). The result showed that the Cireng Rujak Mpok Mar business is feasible to be developed seen from several methods such as the Payback Period (PP) method is for 2 years 8 months 10 days, Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 1.147.352.820, Profitability Index (PI) of 2,097, Profit Sharing of Rp 372.536.114, Investible Surplus Method (ISM) of 23%, Gold Value Method (GVM) of 423 grams of gold , Gold Index (GI) of 1,267.
