Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of premiums, tabarru funds, claims, company size and liquidity partially and simultaneously on solvency in sharia life insurance in Indonesia. The population in this study is sharia life insurance registered with the Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association of 40 companies. In this study sampling was conducted by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 19 sample companies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. Based on the partial test, the results show that premiums, tabarru funds, claims, company size have no significant effect on the company's solvency (RBC) while liquidity has a significant effect. Based on the simultaneous test results show that premiums, tabarru funds, claims, company size and liquidity together have a positive effect on the solvency of the company and are significant. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), the figure is 0.220 or 22.20%, which means premiums, tabarru 'funds, claims, company size and liquidity affect the solvency (RBC) of 22.20% while the remaining 77.80% is influenced by other factors which was not observed in this study. The correlation value (R) is 0.472, meaning that there is a low and positive relationship between premiums, tabarru funds, claims, company size and company liquidity and solvency (RBC).
