Abstract

The healthy city program is an implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Minister of Health No. 34 of 2005 concerning the implementation of Healthy Districts/Cities. The healthy city program aims to achieve a city that is clean, comfortable and healthy to live and as a place to work for the people. Limapuluh District is a district that implements a healthy city program with fairly good health services and support from the city government in thishealth city program. The aim of this research is to see the level of the healthy city program in Limapuluh District, Pekanbaru City. The objectives of these objectives are (a) indentifing the implementation of the healrht city program from the existing conditions based on the structure of the healthy city program, (b) the healthy city program in Limapuluh District, Pekanbaru City, (c) Assessing the healthy city program in Limapuluh District. The method used in this research descriptive qualitative-quntitative with a deductive approach to the type of research using summative evaluation. Data collection techniques using observations and questionnaires that have been distributed to the community of 100 respondents using simple random sampling technique in the District of Limapuluh. Then a likert scale analysis is baed on the result of te questionnaire. The result showed that (a) The existing condition of Limapuluh District is based on the settlement structure and public infrastructure as a whole is good, but the indicators of clean river water, waste management and arrangement and disposal of domestic waste water are in the moderate category. As for the healthy independent community structure, all indicators are good and there have been activities implemented in the healthy city program in the good category, (b) evaluation of the healthy city program based on settlement arrangements and public infrastructure in a good category with a score of 26 and an independent healthy community structure in a good category with a score of 12, (c) the level district in the successful category with a total score of 79.1% based on the impact assessment of the healthy city program in Limapuluh District.
