Abstract

This research was motivated by the implementation of refreshing training at the Family Planning Field Extension Officer (PLKB) of the Representative Office of the Riau Province in 2018-2019 who had not yet reached the set target. This can be seen from the absorption of the training material and the achievement of the results of the implementation of the training which are still not following what has been determined by the BKKBN Riau Provincial Representative Office. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the results of refreshing training, the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of refreshing training. This research uses a quantitative approach. Primary data were obtained directly using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the population used was 107 people, with a sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the research, every indicator in the refreshing training program for Family Planning Field Extension officers (PLKB) of the Riau Province BKKBN Representative Office in 2018-2019 is still not implemented. that the reaction of participants in the refreshing training is still not implemented. Learning (learning) of participants following refreshing training has been carried out, refreshing participants' behavior (Behavior) is still not implemented. Thus, in general, it is still not well done. Therefore, to improve training outcomes, the Riau Provincial BKKBN Representative must carry out various evaluations, such as increasing the absorption of training materials and increasing training results, such as updating training materials and looking for tutors with good competence.
