Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees the Swiss - Bellin Hotel Pek a nbaru and the policies made hy the Swiss- Bellin Hotel Pekanbaru in Improving employee performance. This research was conducted with a descriptive method that uses primary data and secondary data obtained through Interviews / Interviews and research questionnaires. The population in this study were hotel employees tota ling 229 people. The sample of this study was 72 house keep i ng emp loyees. The sampling technique is by census technique. The results of the study are the performance o f employees at the Swiss - Bell in Hotel Pekan baru In the verv go od calegory. The results of respondents' responses slating that employees agree that the performance that has been generated by employees has given good results while doing work. Employees can also complete the tasks that are given well and can be completed in a timely manner. The form of policies undertaken by the Swiss - Bellin Hotel Pekanbaru company in improving employee pemormance, one of which is by providing employee tra ining and work edu cation programs to support the increase in employee knowledge in work.
