Abstract

The sale and purchase agreement is included in the group of named agreements, meaning that the Law has given its own name and has given its own name and provides special arrangements for this agreement. The sale and purchase agreement is a reciprocal agreement, where the seller's obligations are the rights of the buyer and vice versa the buyer's obligations are the rights of the seller. In this study, the authors raised the problems that were used as research material, namely: Implementation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement of Chicken Slaughter When the Parties Default in the Agreement and Barriers to the Implementation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement of Chicken Slaughter by Agents with Retail Traders. Based on this type of research, namely observational research conducted by means of surveys, the authors went directly to the field to obtain and collect data through interviews. The nature of the research is descriptive, namely to provide information that explains in detail about the Implementation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement of Beef Chicken by Agents with Retail Traders (Study in Simalanggang Village, Lima Puluh Kota Regency) Based on the results of this study, the implementation of the sale and purchase agreement of broiler chickens by the agent with retailers in Simalanggang Village, Lima Puluh Kota Regency is not in accordance with the laws and regulations, where the agreement is made in writing to avoid fraudulent events that should not occur in the middle. the middle of society.
