Abstract

The more science and technology are developing, the more development of the process of buying and selling. It developes into buying and selling through the Internet network in a wider range. One of the online shops that carry out online buying and selling activities is @pmcolletionpku. Buying and selling online in the Book of the Law of Civil Law has not set specifically, However, the implementation of the agreement and / or contract refers to Code of Civil Law. The buying and selling process is often referred to as buying and selling online. This study, the author can formulate key issues such as: First, How to purchase online transaction execution through E-commerce according to Code of Civil Law. Second, what are barriers in purchasing through online transactions E- commerce. This research method is included in survey research where the author observed the real thing in the field so that data could be collected as material for this study. While the nature of this research is the description of the analysis aimed at describing the object being observed through the data and real events that resulted in the conclusion. The results shows that the implementation of online buying and selling transactions at the online shop @pmcollectionpku has gone well, has provided the appropriate, correct and clear information in accordance with to Code of Civil Law. The obstacle that is faced in the implementation of it at @pmcollectionpku is tort committed by consumers, that consumers were not continuing the payment process whereby a negligent act upon a mutually agreed time agreement.
