Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-financial compensation on employee productivity at PT. Indora Persada's work. The population in this study were all factory / production employees of PT. Indorata Persada's work, amounting to 36 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, i.e. sampling in the production department. While the types and sources of data obtained through primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data obtained using simple regression. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study note that non-financial compensation variables have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees of PT. Indorata Persada's work shown in the significant test is t count> t table of 10.611> 2.032 and from the non-financial compensation variable to employee work productivity of 76.8%. When seen from the descriptive results the percentage of non-financial compensation variables is included in the very high category of 760 and the employee productivity variable of 1212 is also a very high category.
