Abstract

This research is motivated by PS UIR Pekanbaru athletes who do not have a very good level of condition so that the achievement of prenation is sometimes inconsistently obtained by PS UIR Pekanbaru. This study aims to find out how good the physical condition of ATHLETES PS UIR Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive research. The method used is surveying using data collection techniques through tests and measurements. The subject of this study was PS UIR Pekanbaru athletes who numbered 20 athletes. Intrume test used is (1) Bleep test (2) Copper Test (3) test run 30 meters (4) agility test (5) Standing broad jump (6) Vertical jump. The results showed that the physical condition of athletes PS UIR Pekanbaru where There are 5% categorized As Good, 25% categorized Good, 30% categorized Moderate, 35% categorized Less and 5% categorized Less Once. This result is good enough because ps UIR Pekanbaru athletes for now there is no agenda to follow because of the Covid 19 situation.
