Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to; 1) to find out the difficulties of teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating economic learning in accordance with the 2013 Economics curriculum in Pekanbaru. 2) to find out what makes it most difficult for teachers in learning economics in accordance with the 2013 Economics curriculum in Pekanbaru. This study is a population study with the research subjects of teachers who are members of the Economic Subject Teachers' Consultation in Riau Province, Pekanbaru City, amounting to 30 people. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at the level of difficulty of the economics teacher in carrying out the planning stage were in the not difficult category that was 33.3%, then at the implementation stage it was quite difficult at 44.4% and the assessment stage was in the no difficult with a percentage of 34.5%
