Abstract

The objection of this research is to look the difference results study of Biology between the class applying Model Time Token Type and STAD Type in 10th class SMA Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru on Academic Year of 2015/2016. This research conducted in 10th MIA SMA Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru with total sample are 48 students of two classes. This research include in quasiexperimental, which conducted on May 16, 2016 until May 25, 2016. The instrument used in this research are problems achievement test in the form of written quiz (QT), homework (PR), student worksheet, and a test block (UB) to see the results of cognitive learning and performance sheets (UK) to see performance values. The results of this research showed there is difference of class applying Model Time Token Type and STAD Type, is the absorption of students for cognitive learning in class applying Model Time Token Type amounted to 78,42% and the class applying the STAD Type amounting to 65,29% and the absorption of students for performance values in class applying Model Time Token Type amounted to 73,33% and the class applying the STAD Type amounting to 63,77%. From analysis test-t to cognitive learning showed that tcount=69,65 and ttable= 2,01. Then, tcount>ttable means H1 accepted and H0 rejected that there is a significant difference results study of Biology between the class applying Model Time Token Type and STAD Type in 10th class SMA Islam AsShofa Pekanbaru on Academic Year of 2015/2016. The differences because of the students involve and get their respective in studying.
