Abstract

Barriers to Student Field Practice Program Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in the Implementation of Learning in Rokan Hilir State High Schools. In the implementation of learning also encountered phenomena such as the existence of some Students of the Field Practice Program of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program who experience obstacles in teaching. The problem in this research is Are Students of the Field Practice Program of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in implementing learning in SMA Negeri in Rokan Hilir District experiencing obstacles during preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities? The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, and interpret the Obstacles of the Field Practice Program Students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in implementing learning at the State High Schools in Rokan Hilir District during preliminary activities, core activities, closing activities. The method in this research is the description method. The theory in this study is the theory of FKIP-UIR PPL Handbook (2017). Based on the research results of the Barriers to Field Practice Program of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in the implementation of learning in SMA Negeri of Rokan Hilir District experiencing obstacles in the implementation of preliminary activities with a percentage of 96.87% (34.37% + 62.5%). This percentage is in the quite good category with a percentage of less than 76% - 100%. Students of the Field Practice Program of the Indonesian Language andLiterature Education Study Program in the implementation of teaching in high schools throughout the Rokan Hilir District experienced obstacles in the implementation of core activities with a percentage of 99.32% (29.91% + 69.41%), and were in the category enough with a percentage in the range of 76% - 100%. Students of the Field Practice Program of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program in the implementation of teaching at SMA Negeri in Rokan Hilir Regency in the implementation of closing activities with a percentage of 53.12% and in the category of not good with a percentage of less than 40% -55%. Based on the results of the study, the three hypotheses proposed in this study can be accepted
