Abstract
The problem in this study is that there are still many unknown true long jump techniques. Learned Research to learn students understand the correct long jump technique. The form of this research is class action research (PTK) with class XI participants who received 249 people. The sample in this study was obtained based on the objective sample technique. The sample was taken by 30 people. The instruments used in this study were jump, high release, jump rope and hanging balls, then the data were processed using statistics. the results of the analysis in this study obtained the results of 25 people with a percentage of 83.33% and the category did not complete 5 people with a percentage of 16.66%. after being processed with statistics, the increase in students' long jump learning with a value of 79.41 or located in the 71-85 interval lies in the good category. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be denied that the increase in long jump learning through spending spending on grade XI students of SMKN 1 Tap at a good level.
