Abstract

This study discusses how to improve student learning outcomes in the field of dance the bulian series through the examples non examples method in class VIII.E Rengat 2 Public Middle School by using a type of classroom action research (CAR). Data collection is done using observation, practice, test, and documentation techniques. This type of research is research descriptive qualitative that is by giving observations or respondents. Learning model examples non examples are a series of learning activities that emphasize the process think critically and analyze to find and find out for yourself the answer to a problem questionable. The process of thinking itself is ordinary through teacher questions to students. On this study relates to the learning ability of bulian dance learning with the subject The study consisted of 29 students who were taught with examples non examples models. The research instrument applied was a dance test. In data analysis, the author analyzes individual abilities of students in Bulak Rentak dance. Based on the results of the analysis found with KBM ≥70 can be seen as an increase in the completeness of student Dancing ability assessment starting from the test at the beginning of this stage of intellectual ability no student has finished, after the first cycle the percentage of individual completeness rose to 24 students who completed, and after it was implemented cycle II individual completeness increased to 29 people. Based on this data can strengthen the conclusion that the application of Examples Non Examples methods can improve learning outcomes of class VIII.E students at SMP Negeri 2 Rengat.
