Abstract

From the results of observations and interviews with teachers in the field of economics for grades X, XI, XII SMA Serirama Ylpi Pekanbaru, it is still very low. This can be seen from the semester test scores obtained from class X, XI, XII only 30% of students who scored above the KKM, while at SMAN 1 Pasir Turtle, the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) was 75. In the learning process in class, the teacher started when the teacher explaining the lesson many students are indifferent, many students even talk to their classmates, play cellphones, and some are doing other activities outside the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Internet Utilization on Economic Learning Outcomes at Serirama Ylpi High School Pekanbaru. The method used by the author is a quantitative method of correlation. The population in class X, XI, XII SMA Serirama Ylpi Pekanbaru who took 3 classes for the study amounted to 138 people. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. So the sample in this study was 112 students. The technique of collecting data is using aquestionnaire. The data analysis technique was simple regression
