Abstract
This study aims to develop an Integrated E-learning module of AL-quran values in the motion system material for class XI SMA / MA students using the ADDIE development model which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, this research only reaches the development stage. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique, and the number of samples of 10 students from each school, namely SMA YLPI Pekanbaru, SMA Muhammadiyah 1Pekanbaru, and SMA 14 Pekanbaru. Data obtained in the development of the Integrated E-learning module of Al-qur'an values by validating the Biology emodule to learning experts, media experts, Imtaq experts and teachers, as well as seeing students' responses to the Biology e-module being developed. by conducting limited validity trials using a validation sheet. The data analysis technique used the scale method with Akbar's modification. The result of this research is a product of Integrated Biology e-module with the values of Al-quran in the form of application media. The results of validation by learning experts show that the Biology e-module developed is very valid with an average percentage of 90,62%. The results of the validation by media experts show that the Biology e-module developed is very valid with an average percentage of 95,23%. The results of validation by Imtaq experts show that the Biology e-module developed is very valid with an average percentage of 87,5%. The results of the validation by three teachers who teach Biology show that the Biology e-module developed is very valid with an average percentage of 98,37%. The Biology module that was developed received very good responses from students. This can be seen from the average response of students from three schools with an average percentage of 87,64% (very valid). Based on the validation results from the experts, the Integrated Biology emodule product Imtaq is categorized as very valid.
