Abstract

Evaluation of the Task of the Village Head in Fostering the Institution of Neighboring Neighborhood in Logas Hilir Village Singingi District Kuantan Singingi District ABSTRACT BY : Janhary Budiawan The implementation of RT / RW coaching is carried out by the Village Head with the aim of increasing the ability of the RT / RW in assisting the Village Head in the field of government services and providing population and licensing data. Implementation of RT / RW development carried out by the Village Head through the achievement of Actions, Processes, Results of further actions, and Progress, or increase the growth of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Village Chief's Task in Developing the Institutions of Neighboring Neighborhood in the Logas Hilir Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District and to know the obstacles in the Implementation of the Village Head's Task in Fostering the Institution of Neighbor's Neighborhood in Logas Hilir Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi District. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results of the implementation of the Task of the Village Head in Fostering the Institution of Neighboring Neighborhood in Logas Hilir Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District through four indicators are in the gori words "Good Enough" with an average value of 33 with a percentage of 56%. The implementation of the tasks of the Village Head in Guiding RT / RW has not been carried out comprehensively for each RT / RW including the efforts of fostering activities provided by the lurah every month and the stipulation of the coaching activities every month. However, the authors suggest to the village head to carry out coaching activities routinely every month, to invite RT // RW to coaching activities, as well as to implement the forms and efforts of coaching activities to be carried out.
