Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of Inpatient Service Quality at the Siak District General Hospital. Kualiatas Indicator for services of Physical Proof (Tangible ), Reliability, Responsibility (Reliability ), Assurance (Assurance ), Empathy (Emphaty ). The type of research that is located at the Siak Regency General Hospital is Descriptive, namely prioritizing observation, interviews, and documentation as a means of collecting data and collected data as a standard tool for empirical conditions in the research objectives at the location studied. The informants found in this study were the Head of Services of the Regional General Hospital of Siak Regency, Nurses, Communities who were treated for the last three years in the inpatient ward. Sampling technique is accidental sampling method, which is a sampling technique by taking samples freely, where the researcher can take people who are found as the sample of the study, with the note that the person meets the criteria of the study sample. Based on this technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the Quality of Inpatient Services at the Regional General Hospital of Siak Regency was in good category (Qualified).
