Abstract

Village Performance is the behavior of someone who produces certain work results after fulfilling a number of requirements. Performance requires the expression of one's potential. This expression requires total responsibility or ownership. performance is the quality and quantity of an individual's work (output) or group in a particular activity caused by natural abilities or abilities obtained from the learning process and the desire to excel Neighboring is an institution that was formed through local community consultations in the framework of government and community services determined by the kelurahan or village government. The problem that arises is the lack of RT performance in helping carry out the task of serving the community such as lacking information on assistance (raskin, basic needs) to the community, research objectives to find out and explain the implementation of Pelalawan Regency Minister of Internal Affairs Regulation Number 18 Year 2018 concerning Village Community Organizations and Institutions Adat in Kesuma Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. This type of research is a descriptive survey with a research location in Kesuma Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. Types and sources of data used primary data and secondary data, while collecting data through the results of observations, surveys, interviews, and research questionnaires. After the data is obtained and then grouped according to its type in a table, then the data is analyzed and linked to theories in the form of descriptions so that conclusions can be taken. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Task Performance of the Neighborhood Unit in the Kesuma Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency, is from the overall Good category with a percentage of 41.28%. This can be seen from: (1) Indicators Developing Performance Exposition are in a fairly good category only need to be increased by the percentage of 42.55%, (2) Monitoring Indicators Performance Progress is in the poor category with a percentage of 15.95%, (3) The Evaluating Performance indicator is in a fairly good category with a percentage of 44.68%, (4) Providing Feedback On Performance indicators are in a fairly good category with a percentage of 39.36%, (5) Indicators Developing Performance Improvement Plans are in a fairly good category with a percentage 44.68%
