Abstract

This study aims to determine the objective level of Internet Cafes Operational License Supervision by the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit. assessment indicators used include setting standards, establishing supervisory activities, conducting comparisons to the implementation of activities, and correction. The research location is in the Pekanbaru City Civil Service Police Unit with descriptive research type, which prioritizes questionnaire data as a data collection tool and the data that has been collected is used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical condition of the objectivity of the objective of the research at the location under study. There are two population and sample groups, namely internet cafe owners in the District of Tampan with 22 people and an unlimited number of people. The sampling technique used is the census technique. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview lists and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the analysis technique used is to use a frequency table tool. Based on this analytical technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the Supervision of Internet Cafes Operational Licenses by the Pekanbaru Municipal Civil Service Police Unit was at quite an interval of the assessment.
