Abstract

This study aims to determine the function of the Honorary Agency in Upholding the Type Code of Members of the Kuantan Singingi District Parliament. Indicators of this study are Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure. This type of research located in Kuantan Singingi Regency is Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the list of interviews as a data collection tool that is collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location examined. The informants used in this study were the Chairperson of the District BKD, the Deputy Chairperson of the Board Honors Board, Members of the Board Honor Board, Members of the Board Honor Board, Members of the Board Honor Board, Secretary of Commission A of the Kuansing Regency DPRD, Member of Commission A of the Kuansing Regency DPRD, Members of Commission A Kuansing Regency DPRD, Kuantan Singingi District Community, Kuantan Singingi District Community. The saturation sampling technique used in determining individual informants on the part of employees and community informants uses purposive sampling technique. Types and data collection techniques used in this study consisted of, primary data collected using interviews and secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is to use Craswell's theory. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assesses and concludes that the Function of the Honorary Body in Enforcing the Type Code of Members of the Kuantan Singingi DPRD has been carried out in accordance with the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and also the Duties and Functions of the Honorary Board of the Board itself, in its implementation, the Honorary Board of the Council has issued both verbal and written warnings to members of the Regional House of Representatives who have been proven to have violated the code of ethics.
