Abstract

Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II Sungai apit district Siak regency is one of the facilitator in improving the village economy so that the community can utilize the potentials of the village, such as natural resources by utilizing the economic savings business service of the village savings from Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II . The activities carried out by the community in improving the economy assisted by the Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II is the sector of agriculture/plantation, trade and small industries. In this moment there are 318 members of the Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II. In line with the objectives of this study, therefore the population of this study is, Chieftain, Director of Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II, Head of Business unit, Administrative Staff , Analysis Staff and customers of Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II. Sticking to the rational principle and to support the validity result of this study, then determined the 325 people size of populations and the sample of 42 people. Village-Owned Business Entity in Village Parit I/II Sungai Apit district Siak regency hasn’t been running optimally and hasn’t been able to improve the economy of the local village community. In this study the theory used is the theory Sukwiaty, et al. The sampling technique used is census and purposive sampling.
