Abstract
Considering the village government is the lowest base of government in the structure of the Indonesian government which is crucial for the success of efforts in overall national development. "Then one aspect that needs to be built is to increase the ability of village government officials in carrying out administrative tasks, in addition to strengthening community participation and institutions". "The village government and its officials are administrators as the main organizers of government, development and community activities as well as guiding peace and order in his territory ". "One of the villages that are carrying out physical development is the bongkal malang village, kelayang district, indragiri hulu district. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Village Head's tasks in physical development. "The type used in this study is the type of survey research in which data and information collected through field observations and serve as a basis for describing each indicator and dig deeper into matters relating to the object of research". "The location of the study was carried out in Malang bongkal village". "After the research is carried out, then grouped according to the type and type of data and added with quantitative information that is supportive in explaining the results of the study. The research method used is a quantitative method. Furthermore, to collect the data the author uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a research data collection tool. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assessed and concluded that the analysis of the implementation of the tasks of the village head in development in the bongkal malang village kelayang district of indragiri hulu was in the moderately implemented category.
