Abstract

Taxes have an important meaning for regional development to the state, because most of the development financed by tax funds, besides being used in financing development and routine costs, the maximum tax results are used for people's prosperity through subsidies. The purpose of this study is to provide an answer to the formulation of the problems that have been raised, namely to find out the implementation of the implementation of tax collection on non-PLN street lighting in Pelalawan District, then to find out the obstacles in implementing the implementation of non-PLN street lighting collection in Pelalawan District. In accordance with the research problems, the type of research that is used is the Qualitative research type method by survey. The reason the authors chose the location of the research was that the lack of socialization was carried out by the government so that there were still entrepreneurs who were in arrears in paying taxes. , The conclusions in this study are intended to answer the research problem formulation. Therefore based on the descriptive results of the analysis of interview data, observation and documentation using the qualitative method, the researcher concluded the supposition of this study, namely "Implementation of Implementation of Non-PLN Street Lighting Tax Collection in Pelalawan District".
