Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the Quality of Analysis of Electronic Identity Card Management Services (E-Ktp) in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research indicators used by the writer in this study were 5 (five), namely: Tangibles, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. This type of research which is located in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency, uses descriptive analysis research method with a qualitative approach. Where directly conduct research to the Office of the Head of Bagan Sinembah District of Rokan Hilir Regency in order to get existing problems based on actual facts when researching using descriptive survey research type with interviews, observation, and documentation as a means of collecting data. The technique of taking research informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique, namely the method of determining informants based on the characteristics of the subject in accordance with the research objectives. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the Analysis of Electronic Identity Card Management Services in Bagan Sinembah District has problems in facilities and infrastructure in services such as poor networks resulting in delayed services, long distance factors in taking e-ID cards to Disdukcapil resulting in the community prefer to take care of it through brokers. And also the lack of thoroughness of employees in serving the community so that people feel less satisfied. Suggestions from researchers in this study are that it is suggested that employees provide more maximum service. And also that local governments in Rokan Hilir can place UPTD Dukcapil in Bagan Sinembah District.
