Abstract
The purpose of this working paper is to find out the leadership style used by the leadership of PT. Pegadaian (persero) II Regional Office Pekanbaru. starting from the author’s interest to raise this title because of the writer’s curiosity about what style is used by the leader of PT. Pegadaian (persero) Regional Office II Pekanbaru. as long as the author does field work, the author has never seen any unwanted problems at PT. Pegadaian. A calm and calm working atmosphere that makes the writer comfortable while doing field work there. It was all built by one who led it. Leader at PT. Pegadaian (persero) II Regional Office Pekanbaru makes its subordinates comfortable in working by using motivational leadership styles. Motivatioal leadership style is a very good style leaders in running a company. By using a motivational leadership style Mohamad Ihsan Palaloi as the leader of PT. Pegadaian are able to achieve the goals set by the company.
