Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the optimization program for land use optimization through women's farmer groups in Seberida sub-district, Indragiri Hulu district. To find out what are the Inhibiting Factors in the Optimization Program for Utilization of Gardening Land through Women Farmers Groups in Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Women Farmers Kates Jingga in Sibabat Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency as the research location. To obtain research data, the main informants and additional informants were determined. The data collected in this research is through field studies, namely by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. All data collected are classified according to type and form then presented descriptively, then analyzed and discussed scientifically, then conclusions can be drawn from the research results. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was found that the Optimization Program for the Optimization of Gardening Land Utilization through the Women Farmers Group was carried out by KWT Kates Jingga, Sibabat Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The obstacles in implementing the yard optimization program are seen from First, not all group members support the realization of the KRPL program run by KWT Kates Jingga as planned, Second, the program implementation has not been achieved, Third has not been able to adapt to the times in overcoming various agricultural problems.
