Abstract

This study aims to determine the National Land Agency Services in Curbing Private Property Certificates in the City of Pekanbaru. The indicators of this study are Service Procedure, Settlement Period, Service Rates, Implementation Competence, Complaint Handling, Service Guarantee. This type of research located in Indragiri Hilir Regency is a Descriptive Survey, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool and then becomes the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the purpose of the research in the studied location. The population used in this study is the Head of the Pekanbaru City National Land Agency, Employees in the Section of Land Rights and Land Registration, People Who Have Administered Certificates. The technical sampling used in determining sample individuals is the Census Technique for the employee population and the accidental sampling technique for the community population group, the types and data collection techniques used in this study consist of, primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews as well as secondary data collected using observation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is by using a frequency table tool. Based on this analysis technique the researcher assessed and concluded that the research entitled National Land Agency Service Evaluation in Curbing Private Property Certificates in the City of Pekanbaru received answers in the "Good Enough" category. Where the author's hopes in the future that the services available at the Pekanbaru City Land Agency can be increased to the best possible.
