Abstract
This study aims to determine and explain the use of Village Fund Allocation in 2017 in Genduang Village and Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency and constraints in the use of Village Fund Allocation 2017 in Genduang Village and Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan District. The reason the authors chose the location is because there are indications that the incompatibility between standards and programs with facts is in accordance with the Regulations of Regent No. 7 of 2017 in Genduang Village and Rawang Sari Village. The population in this study was the government of the two villages totaling 16 people. Regarding the size, which is 16 people, according to the ability of researchers, all populations are sampled, by collecting data on interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of Village Fund Allocation in 2017 in Genduang and Rawang Sari Villages, Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, is not optimal between the standards and facts that occur in the two villages, in accordance with Regent Regulation No. 7 of 2017 stated that the Village Fund allocation for operations is 30% and for community empowerment by 70% this means that the implementation of Village Fund Allocation is based on Regent Regulation No. 7 of 2017 in Genduang Village and Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung District, Pelalawan Regency. Has not shown maximum results. Constraints in the use of Village Fund Allocation are based on Regent Regulation No. 7 of 2017 in Genduang Village and Rawang Sari Village, Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency, namely human resources and resources of BPD members especially regarding the implementation of Village Fund Allocation.
