Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of employee performance at the Tanjung Medang Health Center North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. In this research, the researcher interviewed 1 informant, namely the Head of Tanjung Medang HealthCenter, the method of researcher used in this study was to use a quantitative approach to give a clear picture of the problem under study, explain the data systematically at the Tanjung Medang Community Health Center North Rupat District, Bengkalis Regencywith using data collection by questionnaire, observation, review documentation regarding matters relating to this research. The analysis of data used after secondary data, then grouped according to needs and uses and analyzed quantitatively well then carried out descriptive analysis and so taken a conclusion. Therefore the task of the health center staff in the future must be given more attention to the quality of health services in the health center. The suggestions for improving service quality are to add service facilities to make it more comfortable. As well as the quality of Human Resources (HR) need to be improved again with training in the medical field, as well as increasing responsiveness of services and transparency so that services can be satisfactory. From this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees at the Tanjung Medang Health Center is good, but factors should be improved that affect employee performance both in terms of work ability, work motivation and opportunities / jobopportunities
