Abstract
In order to respond to the dynamics of the development of the implementation of regional government towards good governance, which pays attention to the needs and demands of the public in public services, the Minister of Home Affairs issued a regulation on Integrated District Administration Services (PATEN) guidelines on how to administer a permit. The problem that arises is the sub-optimal role of the sub-district administrator in carrying out integrated subdistrict administrative services (PATENT) in North Kundur Subdistrict, Karimun District, especially in the field of workshop business services in response to licensing problems seen from the number of workshop businesses that do not have permits. Thus, the purpose of the research is to find out the implementation of integrated subdistrict administrative services (PATEN) in North Kundur Subdistrict Karimun Regency (Workshop Business Licensing Study. This type of research is a descriptive survey with a research location in North Kundur District. Types and sources of data used primary data and secondary data, while collecting data through the results of observations, surveys, interviews, and research questionnaires. After the data is obtained then grouped according to its type in a table, then the data is analyzed and linked to theories in the form of descriptions so that conclusions can be taken. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Implementation of Integrated Administrative Services in the Districts of North Kundur Subdistrict has been maximized or in the category has been implemented well with a percentage of 43.33%. This is based on the reality found, namely: a) the requirements are good enough. b) the procedure is in the category yet. c) time is in the good category. d) service products are in the well-implemented category. e) handling is in a fairly good category.
