Abstract

The background of this writing is that the implementation and management of parking has been compiled in accordance with the regional regulations of Pekanbaru City Number 16 of 2016. The study aims to evaluate the Implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 16 of 2016 concerning the Implementation and Management of Parking in the Senapelan District and to find out the obstacles in the implementation Implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 16 of 2016 concerning the Implementation and Management of Parking in the District of Senapelan. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis techniques which describe and summarize the situation conditions of variables that exist in the object of this research. The results showed that the evaluation of the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 16 of 2016 concerning the Implementation and Management of Parking in the District of Senapelan was in the good category. Obstacles in the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pekanbaru City Number 16 of 2016 concerning the Implementation and Management of Parking in Senapelan Subdistrict is that parking management and management by the Department of Transportation in Subdistrict Senapelan is considered to be not optimal, the quality of HR assignments to arrange parking is mediocre or low, parking area. The apparatus does not carry out the instructions given properly regarding the direction given.
