Abstract

Budget Supervision for Village Income and Expenditure Suka Damai Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency Kiki Oktavianti Dewi NPM. 157110052 Abstract This research is motivated by the inadequate implementation of the BPD function to realize participatory APBDes. This study aims to: (1) know the supervision of the Income and Expenditure Budget of Suka Damai Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency; and (2) knowing the inhibiting factors in the supervision of the Suka Damai Village Income and Expenditure Budget, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research data were collected using questionnaire techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The results showed that: (1) the supervision of the income and expenditure budget of Suka Damai Village, Kuantan Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been optimally managed; and (2) the factors that influence the supervision of the income and expenditure budget of Suka Damai Village, Kuantan Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency are human resources (HR) which can be seen from the lack of experience of the community in organizing so that it becomes an inhibiting factor to build a better village and resources. funds that are not in accordance with the plans detailed by the village institution have constrained the process of implementing program activities in the budget.
