Abstract

The most important about Evaluation of Government Regulation Number 53 Year 2010, article 3 about disciplines the government employees officer. In carrying out the obligation of office surroundings every person there is a disciplined and some people were undisciplined. That means everyone has a difference in discipline that effect in the working area. This information can improve understanding and motivation realized the policy made by the government. In addition, help to improve your results best in work and discipline. The research focused knowing the level of discipline government employees in socializing in the neighborhood work. In this research, researcher uses Quantitative as the research design. The population of this research is all Governmen Employees at Camat oficce Bunguran Timur Kabupaten Natuna and the samples of the research are 24 person of Camat office Bunguran Timur. Type sample of this research is non-probably samples. Non –probably sample is sampling where the inherent data without having to choose because it meets the criteria and required to answer the problem formulation. This research uses questionnaire as the instrument. The findings show constraints in the implementation of the discipline at Camat office Bunguran Timur Kabupaten Natuna lack of understanding, lack of motivation and need socialization of he leadership.
