Abstract

BPD in the Government of the village made a means of channeling the aspiration of the community, the institution of the controller so that the Village Government’s implementation of the rights of the community are not dilnaggar by the power of the Government. Law Number 6 Year 2014 Palasal Village about 55 Village had a Consultative Body to discuss and agree on the draft function is the regulation of the Village along the Village head, accommodate and channeling the aspirations of the community of the village and conduct surveillance performance The Head Of The Village. The village of Palas Sub Base kuras Pelalawan BPD has given the progress in the development of the village by optimizing its functions include discussing and agree on the draft Regulation of the village head, Accommodate and channeling the aspirations of the village and supervise the performance of the village chief. BPD in applying functions properly will manifest result of good performance and directional included in the progress of the village. The purpose of this research is to analyse the functioning of the Agency in implementing the rule of Village Permusyawaratan Village in the village of Palas Sub Base Kuras Pelalawan as well as knowing the obstacles in the implementation of the functions of the Agency The provisional Government in organizing the village Village. The results of this research are expected to benefit as follows : contribution of the mind in order to develop science in particular in the field of social and politicial sciences. As well as a reference to improve the function of the Consultative Body of the Government in implementing the village village by law Number 6 Year 2014 about villages in the Deaa Palas Sub Base Kuras Pelalawan functions are on the “less done”. But the author suggests to BPD Village Palas Sub Base Kuras Pelalawan in order to improve its functionality as well as improved cooperation with members of the BPD as well as Councilor da villagers Palas Kuras pangkalan Sub District Pelalawan.
