Abstract

Management is the utilizing of human resorces or other resouces that can be represented in the activity of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising to achieve the specific goal. The formulation of problem in this reseach was is there any influence of management on patients satisfaction at RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru. The objective of this reseach was to know the management on patients satisfaction. This reseach is causality design. Data that used in this reseach were primary and secondary data. Population in this reseach were inpatients and outpatients at RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru in 2017 that consist of 45.800 people. In taking the sample, the reseacher used proportionate stratified random sampling means taking the sample from the population and act professionally with the total numbers were 100 people. In collecting the data, the reseacher used questionnaire and documentation. In analyzing quantitative data used simple regression linear from SPSS 23.00 version. The result of this reseach was known by partial analyzis was there is significant inflence of managent on patients satisfaction. It can be looked from the higher of significant was 9.789, and the influence of manangent on patients satisfaction had a strength correlation with the coefecient score 0.703. The correlation of management on patients satisfaction was 49.4% and 50.6% influenced by other factors. In general, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of management on patients satisfaction at RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru.
